1. The Organizer and duration of the competition
    1. The competition covered by these Rules and Regulations is organized by IT.integro Sp. z o.o. ul. Ząbkowicka 12, 60-166 Poznań, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”.
    2. The competition will take place in Internationales Amtssitz- und Konferenzzentrum Wien,
      AG Bruno-Kreisky-Platz 1, A-1220 Wien, Austria.
  2. Duration of the competition
    1. The competition will be held from 9 October to 10 October 2019. Announcement of the results and awarding of the prizes will take place on 10 October, 2019 – during session “Master Data Management System – how to ensure data consistency in Dynamics 365 Business Central (Dynamics NAV) across a group of companies -12:00 – 12:45, Hall G2.
  3. Conditions for the participation
    1. The competition will be organized within the European Union and is intended for persons of legal age and having the capacity to perform legal acts.
    2. Anyone who is entitled to take part in Directions EMEA 2019 and meets the conditions specified herein may participate in the competition.
    3. Employees of the Organizer cannot participate in the competition.
    4. Participation in this contest is voluntary.
    5. A person who meets the above requirements and entered the competition, hereinafter referred to as the “Participant”, is bound by the Rules and Regulations specified herein.
  4. Conditions for awarding the prize
    1. The competition will be held in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in this document.
    2. Information concerning the competition was made available on the Organizer’s website: masterdatamanagementsystem.pl
    3. To take part in the competition, the Participant shall be obliged to:
      1. Collect the competition entry form from IT.integro’s stand or at the beginning of the session.
      2. Fill out the competition entry form with the Participant’s first and last name, email address and company name.
      3. Enter the competition by submitting the competition entry form to the Organizer.
      4. You can enter the competition at any time of its duration until the beginning of the session, provided that the competition entry form has been completed.
    4. The competition stand is located at the Directions EMEA 2019 venue booth no. S26 level 0, where the Organizer provides information concerning the competition.
    5. The participation in the competition is equivalent to giving consent to the processing of personal data by the Organizer for the purposes of conducting the competition, in particular for the purpose of awarding the prize, as well as using it for marketing activities.
    6. After closing the competition, the Organizer will draw up a list of finalists comprising 3 Participants.
    7. The competition results will be made public during the session by announcing the first and last name of the Winner based on the list of Winners drawn up by the Organizer. At the time of the announcement of the results, the Winner must be present in person in order to verify information on his entitlements to receive the prize that were set out in point 4.3 herein.
    8. In case of the absence of the Winner and his inability to collect the prize, the Winner will be selected again.
    9. To obtain the prize:
      1. The Participant must take part in the competition under the rules specified in point 4.3 herein.
      2. The Winner must be present in person during the announcement of the results.
      3. The Winner must be able to come in person to collect the prize.
    10. The Organizer’s tasks include constant supervision over the course of the competition and making decisions on any questionable issues regarding the competition rules and regulations as well as the course of the competition itself. Decisions made by the Organizer are final and may not be appealed against.
  5. Prizes
    1. Participants may win one of the three prizes in the competition.
    2. The prize cannot be exchanged for another prize or cash equivalent.
    3. The right to the prize cannot be transferred to a third party.
    4. The Winner who was awarded the prize has a right to waive his entitlement to the prize by submitting the declaration to the Organizer.
  6. Final provisions
    1. The Competition Rules and Regulations are the only document that is legally binding in the execution of the competition. Advertising materials are provided for promotional and informational purposes only.
    2. The participants agree to the Privacy Policy and accept its provisions. They understand that their data will be processed by IT.integro sp. z.o.o. and that they can withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data at any time, but the withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
    3. The participants agree to the processing of their personal data for marketing purposes, under the terms specified in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), by IT.integro Sp. z o.o., ul. Ząbkowicka 12 60-166 Poznań, that is intended for use for marketing purposes, as well as for communication by electronic means, including the e-mail address indicated by the Participant of the competition. IT.integro Sp. z o.o. ul. Ząbkowicka 12 60-166 Poznań is the Personal Data Controller. The Participants provide their personal data voluntarily and acknowledge that they are entitled to inspect and correct it at any time.
    4. The participants agree to receive from IT.integro sp. z o.o. by electronic means of communication (e.g. via electronic mail), commercial information within the meaning of art. 2 point 2 of the Act of 18 July 2002 on Electronic Supplied Services (Journal of Laws 2017, item 1219, as amended).
    5. Each Participant is entitled to submit a written complaint regarding the manner of conducting the competition or its results, not later than 14 days from the competition termination date. Any complaints submitted after that time will not be considered. Complaints must be submitted in writing to the Organizer’s address: IT.integro Sp. z o.o. ul. Ząbkowicka 12 60-166 Poznań. A complaint must include accurate personal data of the person filing the complaint, the description and the reason for the complaint, as well as circumstances justifying the fact of submitting the complaint. The time for resolving the complaint is 21 days following the day of receiving the complaint from the Organizer. The decision concerning the complaint may not be appealed.
